Famous L.A. Govinda's Restaurant Cheesecake Recipe Circa 1980's

It's time to share this delicious recipe with the devotee community!
Crust:
Mix:
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
OR Ekadasi crust:
Blend in food processor:
1 c. walnuts
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
Pat crust evenly into 10 inch pie plate. Bake crust 5 min. at 350 degrees. Cool.
Filling:
2 blocks cream cheese (16 oz.)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Soften cream cheese in microwave (1 min.) or oven 5 minutes 350 degrees.
Beat with mixer until smooth, then add rest of ingredients...or mixture will
be lumpy. Pour into crust. Bake 27 minutes at 350 degrees. It will puff
slightly. Do not overbake. Top with fruit and refrigerate for 2 hours.
