Petition for GBC Elections

This is a Petition for the Supreme Court of NY and for the International Courts to Enforce Srila Prabhupada's Direction of Management (D.O.M.) Documents and the Elections of all GBC Therein.

Today I read a letter from Dhanurdhara, where he states that he is leaving because of all the opposition to his personal past as a child abuser. What does it mean for Dhanurdhara to leave ISKCON? Nothing. In a few months, he will be giving classes and sitting on a vyasasana of some kind, at our temples. You know it, and I know it. His disciples will follow him. The reign will continue under another smoke screen because the GBC have already blessed him, one way or another. The message that will continue to go out will be that ‘it is acceptable to abuse the children.’ Dhanurdhara needs to be prosecuted to every extent of the international law, as with all criminals. The fact that the GBC adamantly reinstated an abuser of children at the highest position of guru, clearly makes them the culprits, and in some legal ways conspirators, and accomplices by aiding and abetting a criminal. Dhanurdhara is old news; now he is just another symptom of the real problem. Clearly, the GBC are the real problem. The GBC cannot be let off the hook by Dhanurdhara’s resignation, which means nothing!

Additionally, it has just been brought to my attention that Bhakti Vidyapurna is still in charge of the Mayapur Gurukula school for children, despite allegations of a documented past of child abuse on several levels. I hear from many that the allegations are in fact correct and that under his previous administration there were others who continually sexually attacked the children as their sex slaves. This reinstatement of Bhakti Vidyapurna is, no doubt, the doing by permission of the GBC as well, who else?

We would like to hereby respectfully, but officially, request the entire GBC to step down amicably this year and subject themselves to Srila Prabhupada’s order from his own Direction Of Management documents, signed by his own hand and countersigned as witnesses thereof by his disciples in 1970 and in 1974. Otherwise, we are going to court to enforce the D.O.M. and the elections therein, and we are also going to seek criminal prosecution of all child abusers as well as anyone who has aided or abetted them in any manner, in the international courts. (I have already contacted Interpol for an international investigation on several levels including the violation of human rights and the R.I.C.O. act.)

What follows is the exact text from the D.O.M. with links, below that, to the original documents:

Verbatim from the "Direction of Management" legal document by Srila Prabhupada's own hand:

"The purpose of the Governing Body Commission is to act as the instrument for the execution of the will of His Divine Grace.

And Further,

  1. The GBC oversees all operations and management of ISKCON, as it receives direction from Srila Prabhupada and His Divine Grace has the final approval in all matters.
  2. His Divine Grace will select the initial 12 members of the GBC. In the succeeding years the GBC will be elected by a vote of all Temple presidents who will vote for 8 from a ballot of all Temple presidents, which may also include any secretary who is in charge of a temple. Those 8 with the greatest number of votes will be members for the next term of GBC. Srila Prabhupada will choose to retain four commissioners. In the event of Srila Prabhupada's absence, the retiring members will decide which four remain.
  3. The commissioners will serve for a period of 3 years and they may be re-elected at the end of this period.
  4. The chairman is elected by the GBC for each meeting. He has no veto power, but in event of a vote tie, his vote will decide...”

Click here to see original “TOPMOST URGENCY” call from Srila Prabhupada about enforcing the D.O.M. document four years later in 1974.

Three (3) years later, before being able to witness the implementation of the D.O.M. and the GBC elections therein, requested in writing twice, Srila Prabhupada left this world after having been extremely ill for at least one (1) year. The D.O.M. documents mysteriously disappeared and were conveniently never made public until recent years, but only to the courts and not to the congregation.

Please note: There are NO subsequent contradicting written, hardcopy documents in existence on this planet (to this date) bearing the signature of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami, Founder and incorporator of the International Society for Krsna Consciousness, Inc, which in any manner invalidate, challenge, or oppose the Direction of Management documents signed by Srila Prabhupada and his witnesses on July 28th, 1970 and again on July 22, 1974. There is only hearsay and out of context conversations that are muddled on tape and which are arguable at best. These D.O.M. documents are ABSOLUTE!
