Vitamin-Fortified Milk

I recently read that the milk in Europe and the United States is
fortified with fish oil (Vitamin D) before selling. Is it true? Does
the milk available from the market in these countries contain Vitamin D
from fish oil? We consume bio milk; can it be true for bio milk also
(organic milk)?
