Shared Responsibility

I wanted to put a slightly different perspective to the question of responsibility and victims of corporal punishment. What type of parent is he who sents his young child, often 4-5 years of age, to a country where he cannot be contacted by telephone and is out of reach otherwise. To the country where corporal punishment is widespread and was completely legal until only 5 years ago in each and every school.

Let us be honest and publish the list of the parents who sent their children "away" and list of all teachers and parents who used corporal punishment in ISKCON schools disregarding Prabhupadas instructions on that.

Why would anyone send their child to India alone in the small age? And if they have done it let us hear their explanation on why it is done, do they personally feel responsible for it, if not why not and why they misplace the responsibility and finally what punishment they think they deserve along side with all the headmasters and teachers of the Vrindavana and Mayapur gurukulas.

I really want to hear the other side of the story, not just from teachers but from people who have first responsibility for bringing up a child in Krishna Counsciousness.
