All glories to the most merciful Gouranga Prema Datta Sri Nityananda Prabhu. All glories to His Divine Grace Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura. All glories to His Divine Grace Srila Gaura Kisora Dasa Babaji Maharaja. All glories to His Divine Grace Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur Srila Prabhupada. All glories to His Divine Grace Srila A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada. All glories to His Divine Grace Srila Gour Govinda Swami Srila Gurudeva.

This book was produced by Sri Guru Nityananda Prabhu Publications in 2004. It is 11" x 14" hard bound, weighing 5.5 pounds, printed on fine Australian paper, comprising of 228 pages with over 100 beautiful colored photographs of the Vaisnava Acaryas and most worshippable Lordships from different temples across the continents. This master piece is a must read for every devotee of Shri Krishna and Shri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The paper weight of this book is heavy but the spiritual weight of the material presented in glorification of Lord Nityananda Prabhu is unlimited. This is a classic and rare book presenting the unlimited glories of Lord Nityananda Prabhu as penned by our Gaudiya Vaisnava Acaryas. Extreme care was taken to present the teachings of our Acaryas "As it is," without making any changes to their message and writings.

Presented here a few gems from the ocean of teachings presented in this classic book of all times. It is difficult to pluck a few flowers from this garden which is full of transcendental flowers that never wither; unlike material flowers, they are ever fresh, ever beautiful and ever fragrant. So here is a glimpse of these teachings as presented in the book, "Sri Guru Nityananda Prabhu and His Divine Mercy Manifestations."

Simha Guru His Divine Grace Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura Srila Prabhupada

"Shree Nityananda Prabhu is the source of the power of the Sad-Guru. He is the servant of Shree Chaitanya. He is the Divinity Himself in the form of His servant. It is through Him that the Supreme Lord manifests Himself to the souls of men. There cannot be any direct revelation of the Nature of the Supreme Lord to the spiritual consciousness of the individual soul. The individual soul is too small to be able to comprehend the Nature of the Divinity. He has to be helped by Godhead Himself in order to be enabled to understand the Divine Nature. This function of the Divinity is performed by Lord Nityananda and is known as the power of the Sad-Guru."

"Nityananda Prabhu serves Shree Gaurasundar in the same way that Shree Balaram serves Shree Krishna. Both of Them are one and the same Person. Their functions are also identical They are concerned with the task of reclaiming disloyal souls and preventing them from access to the Supreme Lord till they agree to give up their attitude of opposition to Krishna. The relationship of Nityananda Prabhu to the conditioned soul is that of the Saviour."

"Lord Nityananda performs the external part of this function of the Supreme Lord. He is the connecting link between the external world and Shree Chaitanya. There is also an inner world in which Lord Nityananda has a function which is different from His function concerning the external world. A conditioned soul has no access to the inner world but may have direct connection with Lord Nityananda or with the Sad-Guru who is identical with Nityananda."

Yuga Dharma Acarya His Divine Grace Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada

"So today, the appearance day of Nityananda Prabhu... Nityananda Prabhu is Baladeva-tattva. Brajendra-nandana jei, saci-suta hoilo sei, balarama hoilo nitai.

Who was formerly the son of Nanda Maharaja, He has appeared as the son of Sacidevi. Caitanya Mahaprabhu's mother's name was Sacidevi. So Krsna... Krsna is Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Now brajendra-nandana jei, saci-suta hoilo sei, balarama hoilo nitai."

"Nitai-pada-kamala, koti-candra-susitala. If we take shelter of Nityananda Prabhu, then we get peace. Koti-candra-susitala. Just like in daytime, especially in the summer season, we become very much exasperated. But at night, in the evening, as soon as there is moonshine, we become very much satisfied. All day's labor and fatigue is immediately moved. So nitai-pada-kamala, the shade of Nityananda Prabhu's lotus feet, is koti-candra-susitala, as pleasing as one crore of moonshine. One moonshine gives us so much pleasure."

"So if we want actual peace of mind, if we actually want to be free form this material argument, then we must take the shelter of Nityananda Prabhu. Nityananda Prabhu is the strength, spiritual strength. And without spiritual strength you cannot approach Krishna... So we must have spiritual strength. That source of spiritual strength is Balarama. Krishna's next manifestation. Krishna is manifesting Himself through Balarama. So we have to take shelter of Nityananda Prabhu. Nitai pada kamala, koti chandra susitala, je chayaya jagata judaya. The whole world is suffering but if you want peace, then you take the shelter of Nityananda Prabhu..."

His Divine Grace Srila Gour Govinda Swami Srila Gurudeva

"So Lord Nityananda is also Guru-tattva. You understand The spiritual master is a manifestation of Lord Nityananda. In sastra many things have been said about Lord Nityananda.

sacisunu-prestham nikhila-jagad-istam
sukha-mayam kalau majjaj-
jivoddharana-karanoddhama-karunam
harer-vyakhyanad va bhava-jaladhi-
garvonnati-haram
bhaje nityanandam bhajana-
taru-kandam niravadhi

"This is a description about Nityananda Prabhu. Nityananda Prabhu is very dear to Sriman Gauranga Mahaprabhu and He is mercifully disposed to the welfare of every living entity in the universe. He is always intoxicated with Krsna-prema and just a merciful glance from Him will turn anyone mad with love of Krsna. He comes to this material world in this Kali yuga to deliver the sinful persons. He is so merciful, unlimitedly merciful one cannot trace out the end of this mercy, it is unlimited mercy. He chants and does Hari-kirtan and preaches. He delivers the fallen souls here in the material world. In Bhagavad-gita it has been said, daivi hy esa guna-mayi, mama maya duratyaya. The manifestation of maya-sakti is very, very difficult to surmount. This maya-sakti is insurmountable. But Sri Nityananda Prabhu, by doing harinama-sankirtana just crushes the pride of this maya-sakti and He has shown a very easy way how to cross this material ocean of nescience. This bhakti, devotional service is like a creeper, bhakti-lata. And the root of that creeper is Nityananda Prabhu. Do you understand? So I prostrate myself at His lotus feet."

"The mula-guru-tattva, original guru-tattva is Nityananda-tattva. So by gradual descending Sri Guru has come to us which is the mercy manifestation of Nityananda Prabhu, that is Nityananda-tattva; He has come to us. So Nitaicand is both diksa and siksa-guru. Also caittya-guru is the manifestation of Nitaicand. He is guru-tattva. Only difference is the activities, lilas, nothing else."
