Sri Mayapur International School (Sri Mayapur Dham, Nadia District, West Bengal, India) requires a principal who will be responsible for the overall management and development of the school and its services.
He/she will be required to plan and execute strategies in line with the vision and mission of SMIS, work closely with its administrative board, teachers, students, parents, volunteers and donors in providing education, counselling and skills development of students and help to develop and maintain a positive image of the school.
Candidates must be committed to Srila Prabhupada and to ISKCON, preferably hold a qualification in educational administration and have extensive experience as a school principal or vice-principal.
The selected candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, be firm yet sensitive in handling staff, students and parents and should be self-motivated with the confidence to lead and motivate others.
He or she will possess good relational and communication skills, be resourceful and dedicated and have good organizational ability. Remuneration according to experience and qualifications.
