The house can be rented from 1 year minimum till 5 years maximum. The cost would be 1.5 lacs per year (150'000 rupies). This does not include the electricity bill and maintainance. Minimum payment should be made for 6 months. If someone commits for years we give them rebate of 5,000 rupees.
