We are looking for a male roommate for a second floor apartment on Westland Ave. in Boston starting 01 Nov 2009.
Apartment Details:
Large, front facing, 2 bed and living room. Includes heat and hot water. Modern kitchen with disposal, hardwood floors, modern bathroom with linen closet. All recently renovated. Rent will be $460 (plus $20 or so for electricity and internet).
Convenient location: Next to Mass Ave., Whole Foods, T stations, Northeastern University, Boston University, Harvard Medical School.
15 minutes walk to the temple.
Looking for a vegetarian person with clean habits (no smoking/drinking) to share apartment from 01 Nov 2009 till end of Aug 2010.
