Deity Outfit Help Needed

We are looking for someone who can make deity outfits for us in the UK. We have deities which need to be measured and tailor made outfits made for them in the UK.
We would also like the devotee who will provide us with this service, to be able to provide us with a blue print, from which we can then get more outfits, ornaments and crowns made in the future.
