Toronto's Bhajan And Prasadam Festival
Posted December 21, 2007
You are cordially invited to Toronto's, "Bhajan and Prasadam Festival." The event lasts three days, 28th to 30th December, 2007, at ISKCON Toronto. Each day we are featuring a minimum of eight hours of bhajan/kirtan and sumptuous Krsna prasadam! Let's end this year and begin the new one doing what we love best!
The attendance is blessed by seasoned, popular kirtan leader Ajamil das, the stirring vocalist Akincana Krsna das, and the talented NJ crew and various local talents. As momentum gathers, other premiere kirtan leaders will confirm their attendance and the announcements made. We are also featuring a world class chef in Radharani's kitchen.
So if you are into sweet bhajans, jamming kirtans and have a love affair with Krsna prasadam, by whatever means, come! Please confirm your attendance through my contact below. Do it as early as possible because logistics regarding prasadam, funding and staying arrangements need to be sorted out. Bring any instruments, song books, and also warm bedding if you are planning to stay at the temple.
The bhajan schedule is as follows:
Friday 1:15 pm to 9:15 pm (minimum)
Saturday 10 am to 7 pm (minimum)
Sunday 10 am to 5:45 pm, 8 pm to 10 pm (minimum)
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served intermittently and you can expect the finest! I look forward to hearing from you.
PS: Any donation in the form of bhoga or cash is welcome. The conservative
cost estimate is $10/day/person. If you wish to donate bhoga, I've got a
list of necessities. Please contribute what you can, but it's not
mandatory - I have every confidence that Krsna will provide exactly what's
needed. Radhe Shyam!
