The Vaishnava community of northwestern Mexico (Baja California) and the southwestern United States is sponsoring their fifth annual Rathayatra on Sunday, August 31. Featured artists this year include singesr Krsna Priya Kalele and Sai y Mohan, along with the Temple Bhajan Band.

Tijuana temple devotees suggest that those arriving by private vehicles from north of the border should take the freeway 5 or 805 south to the border, take the last U.S. exit and park on the United States side, then walk into Mexico and follow the signs to Revolución Avenue. The parade begins downtown at 12 noon at the corner of Revolución and Third Street, which is only a ten-minute walk from the U.S.-Mexico border. The route follows Revolución Avenue to finish up at Parque Torre Agua Caliente.
