Dear Vaishnava devotees of the Lord,
Hare Krishna. Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
My name is Radhika Priya devi dasi. I am a disciple of His Holiness Bhaktisvarupa Damodara Swami. For over twenty years I have been fortunate to have lived and served in India and Sri Vrindavana Dhama. Now, I feel that I should go to other countries to perform devotional service.
I am originally from Iran, from an Armenian family. I came to India in 1985 and married Sri Raganuga Bhakti das, who was also an Armenian from Iran. Soon after arriving, Raganuga Bhakti and I and another couple started a preaching center in Haridwar. Our son, Sudama, was born there. When Sudama was eight months old, my husband died from a snakebite. His passing away was glorious since Raganuga Bhakti was chanting the Holy Name and preaching strongly.
When Sudama was two years old, I moved to Vrindavana. For many years I did service for Sri Sri Krishna and Balarama in Their Deity baking kitchen, where daily wonderful cakes, cookies and sweets are prepared for the Lord. My duties entailed not only baking, but all aspects of maintaining the operations of a high-volume kitchen: ordering supplies, scheduling the cooks, and maintaining both the quality of the offerings and standard of cleanliness. I also have had a catering business for years.
Sudama is completing his first year in college and will continue on a scholarship. Now I want to devote myself to service and I am exploring the possibility of going abroad. I am an Indian citizen and have no desire to change that.
I appeal to all devotees that if you think I can be helpful in your preaching programs, please contact me. firstname.lastname@example.org
