1. Project Officer (Development Education) - Hindu Aid
Salary - £20,970, rising to £23450
Coordinate and manage delivery of events, training courses, campaigns, research, capacity building consultations, publications, media relations and volunteer management for our Development Education Programme. Graduates with at least two years of experience in project management in the voluntary sector with excellent communication skills will be considered. A knowledge of the British Hindu community, experience in fund-raising and awareness of international development issues will be an advantage.
2. Project and Communications Officer - Hindu Forum of Britain
Salary - £24,500
To lead community consultation on public policy issues and manage departments relating to youth, women, security, capacity building, public policy, fund-raising and religious education. Event management and media relations experience is essential. Working knowledge of capacity issues in the British Hindu community and writing and editing skills are desirable. Two to three years experience in a similar role in Britain will be an advantage.
3. Executive PA - Hindu Aid
Salary - around £20,000
Diary, correspondence, and other admin tasks including databases, events, mailouts, meetings, phone calls, purchases, filing, archiving and petty cash for two organisations. At least three years experience in a similar role in a British organisation and a familiarity with Indian charities is desirable.
